Caller does not reply when phone is answered

this number has called my son's cell number at least twice a day for the past three days and leaves no message,WTH!!

Called my number. My number's on the Do Not Call list, but less than 30 days ago.

I just had a call from this number and it was a recorded message from Florida KidCare. It said that I will be receiving a package of paperwork in the mail during the next couple days and that I must fill out and return the papers in order to keep my membership. I don't have any kids and have never dealt with the state in any manner.

they were asking about the parents to see if they wouldn't be there or if they were!?

Robocalls like this need to be reported to the FTC! They violate the National Do Not Call list & it's easy to file an online complaint. The live rep I was transferred to (Kelly) said she was in a huge call center in Orlando. Gave the address as 4286 Quadrangle Dr/Orlando/FL/32806. Report these scumbags to the FTC! Do NOT give them any personal information!
